## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Recruit exceptional candidates using an AI-enabled recruiting workflow for sourcing, research, interview preparation, note-taking, and pipeline reporting.
- Develop a written point of view for each search, including the target profile, source companies, and prospective candidates.
- Own résumé reviews, prescreens, and technical or competency-based evaluations.
- Manage offers and close finalists effectively.
- Deliver a fast, responsive candidate experience with timely decisions.
- Advise hiring managers on search scope, compensation bands, talent availability, market data, and funnel performance.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
- Experience using large language models for recruiting research, outreach, call summaries, funnel analysis, or related workflows.
- Proven ability to independently qualify, screen, progress, and close technical candidates.
- Sufficient technical depth to hold credible conversations with engineers and assess genuine ownership of technical work; coding experience is not required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ownership mentality, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward action.

## Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, or Juicebox.
- Experience scaling recruiting at an early-stage company.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120,000–$160,000.
