## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Expand Hightouch’s presence across Southern Europe and South EMEA.
- Build pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions.
- Sell to marketing and data stakeholders.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Conduct strong discovery and build executive-level relationships.
- Help shape go-to-market strategy in the region.
- Work autonomously while collaborating across regions.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in martech and/or data infrastructure.
- Proven success building pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions.
- Experience selling to marketing and data personas.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong discovery skills and ability to build executive-level relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to a changing environment.
- Self-starter mentality, strong work ethic, coachability, and entrepreneurial mindset.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling in Southern European markets.
- Familiarity with the modern data stack, including CDPs, data warehouses, reverse ETL, and agentic marketing.
- Track record of consistently exceeding quota in a high-growth startup environment.
