## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push, IAM, content cards) in Braze, using both drag-and-drop tools and Braze Liquid
- Set up A/B tests, analyze performance, and recommend optimizations to impact retention and engagement
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and visually engaging
- Develop automated lifecycle campaigns, triggered messaging, and personalized customer journeys through segmentation

## Requirements
- 2+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally at a consumer app
- Hands on Braze Experience - Canvas builder, segmentation, and event-based triggers
- Data-driven mindset with interest in performance analysis and optimization
- Creative, resourceful problem-solver with an entrepreneurial approach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines and cross-team workflows
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments

## Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS
- Experience using AI tools like Claude
