## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Identify & Frame Value
- Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
- Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers.
- Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-level executives.

### Realize Value
- Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

### Scale Value
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing.
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a business transformation platform and drive adoption and expansion.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and applications based on new use cases.

## Requirements
- Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting with a business software or SaaS provider or consultancy; alternatively, experience in an enterprise analytics or intelligence center of excellence.
- Knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, such as SAP.
- Experience implementing RPA or BI tools, and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL and experience collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience identifying business-process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, driving change, and training users or process owners.
- Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in one or more industries, ideally including Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals.
- Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Native-level or near-native German language skills, written and spoken, with the ability to lead customer workshops and present to German-speaking executives.
- Individual contributor role; the Lead/Principal designation reflects seniority.
