## Job Description

## What you'll do

- **Client-Expert Connections**: Identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research needs, continuously communicating with clients and experts to track progress and ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- **Project Creation & Ownership**: Manage clients’ research projects from understanding goals to recruiting and scheduling experts using internal network, social media, profile reviews, outreach, and strategic matching.
- **Project Performance Tracking**: Monitor client and expert feedback on interviews to drive successful research and maintain high-quality, engaged experts.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Share insights from interactions to help product and engineering teams refine the platform based on frontline user experience.
