## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- This is a player-coach role: mentor, manage, and help build the Sales Development team while supporting wider company initiatives and the Head of Sales.
- Track, measure, and report on sales data to make effective decisions.
- Promote an environment of sales excellence in the Sales Development team.
- Drive hiring and the development of team members.
- Ensure proper use of Salesforce.
- Attract top tier talent.

## Requirements
- 2 years of management experience in a lead or manager role with a Sales Development sales team.
- 2 years of experience selling SaaS products in a Sales Development or Account Executive role.
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- High levels of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Salesforce experience.

- Ability to move at rocket speed and build something massive in a fast-scaling environment.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $140,000
- OTE: $180,000
