The role requires at least four years of complex enterprise SaaS sales experience, fluent German, and an EMEA location outside Germany.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Sell Hightouch’s Composable CDP and Agentic Marketing Platform to enterprise customers.
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and land-and-expand motions in the DACH region.
- Conduct discovery and develop strong customer relationships.
- Adapt to a fast-changing startup environment and operate as a self-starter.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in complex enterprise SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales.
- Experience building pipeline through outbound and land-and-expand strategies in the DACH region.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Based outside Germany, in EMEA.
- Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, humility, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.

## Nice to Have
- Background in marketing technology and/or data.
