## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue.
- Run sales calls with short-deck presentations and detailed product demos.
- Close business and consistently achieve quota attainment.
- Become a product expert across the entire platform and understand the competitor landscape.
- Work closely with the CSM team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B.
- Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota.
- Proven success, ranking in the top 10% of a sales organization.
- Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

## Compensation
- Pay range: **CA$300,000 OTE**.
- Commission is not guaranteed.

## Work Arrangement
- Office-based employees within a 40-mile radius of a Rippling office are expected to work in the office at least three days per week under the current policy.
