## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Analyze transaction structures with private equity deal teams to identify counterparties and assess AML, bribery, financial crime, and reputational risks.
- Review ownership and control structures, including fund vehicles, SPVs, partnerships, and trusts.
- Coordinate with deal teams, legal, compliance, and counterparties to gather documentation for timely, high-quality KYC reviews.
- Collaborate with clients’ legal and compliance teams to support compliance with AML/CTF regulations, internal policies, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
- Identify and flag compliance issues early to avoid delays at closing.

## Requirements
- 1–2+ years of working or internship experience in a legal-sector role, internship, or graduate position.
- Working knowledge of legal administration, document review, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Interest in private markets and transactional compliance.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with fund structures, offshore jurisdictions such as Cayman and Luxembourg, or KYC screening tools including WorldCheck, Refinitiv, and RDC.
- ICA or ACAMS certification.
