## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design marketing assets across digital, physical, and performance channels for multiple co-branded partner programs, including:
  - Emails, web banners, in-app promotions, push notifications, and social posts
  - Landing pages, paid media creatives, and promotional campaigns
  - Direct mail pieces, in-store signage, mailers, flyers, and postcards, including print production, prepress, and vendor-ready file preparation
  - Partner collateral, presentation templates, and co-branded materials
- Work across multiple partner brand systems, translating creative briefs through each partner’s guidelines, visual identity, and brand voice.
- Design responsive acquisition landing pages and maintain them in Webflow.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams on product and marketing initiatives.
- Manage feedback from internal stakeholders, external partners, legal, and compliance teams.
- Maintain quality standards across partner programs and customer touchpoints.
- Contribute to design systems and pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.
- Support production workflows, including translation packaging, asset preparation, deeplink setup, QR code generation, and UTM generation.
- Support product design initiatives through visual design, UX, and information architecture contributions.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design and production, ideally supporting multiple brands or product lines simultaneously.
- Strong visual design skills and a portfolio of work.
- Experience working across multiple brand guidelines and distinct brand systems.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of responsive web and mobile design, UX principles, email design, digital advertising, and social media.
- Strong print design and production experience, including prepress preparation and vendor specifications.
- Familiarity with Webflow and the ability to make content updates.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing concurrent projects across partners and channels using tools such as Linear.
- Clear, proactive communication and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder feedback loops.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving, high-volume production environment.
- Ability to create scalable systems, processes, and handoffs for design projects.
- Experience with accessibility standards for web and email, including WCAG.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, banking, credit cards, or other regulated industries involving legal and compliance review.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and how design supports acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Experience with or interest in AI-assisted design workflows.
- Webflow development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and building and publishing pages.
- Experience working with Braze.
