## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Analyze and configure ServiceNow applications, applying technical expertise to design and implement solutions that enhance platform functionality.
- Utilize scripting skills to develop custom UI actions, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripts to extend and optimize system capabilities.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, using APIs and middleware to facilitate data exchange and ensure compatibility between systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, ensuring system stability, reliability, and timely resolution of issues.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and deployment procedures.
- Improve service delivery through the automation of routine tasks and streamlining of approval workflows using ServiceNow’s Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, and custom scripting.
- Continuously test software performance to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure they operate effectively and provide ongoing support for system updates and enhancements.

## Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or closely related field.
- 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- 3 years of experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, including Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- 3 years of experience with ITSM process automation in ServiceNow, building workflows, client scripts, and UI policies to streamline request fulfillment and incident/change processes.
- 3 years of experience with AngularJS for Service Portal development, customizing catalog items, widgets, and UI components.
- 3 years of experience with JavaScript for client and server scripts, building client scripts, GlideAjax calls, and business rules to automate and enforce ITSM/HAM/SAM processes.
- 3 years of experience with advanced debugging and troubleshooting, using browser development tools, Angular debugging, and ServiceNow Script Debugger to resolve catalog, CMDB, and workflow issues.

## Compensation
- $147,000 - $160,000/year
