## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Create faceless short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to drive discovery of Studio AI.
- Post multiple times per day across managed accounts, developing formats, hooks, angles, and platform-specific content.
- Use high-engagement approaches such as provocative hooks, memes, engagement bait, trending audio, and story-driven shorts.
- Run multiple faceless accounts with distinct niches, audiences, posting rhythms, and visual identities.
- Continuously test content, discontinue underperforming formats, and scale successful ones into repeatable playbooks.
- Build a network of reposters and remixers to distribute proven content and variations across hundreds of accounts.
- Track platform analytics, UTM data, and attribution to measure traffic and conversions to Studio AI.

## Requirements

- Demonstrated experience building faceless accounts from zero to 50K+ followers on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
- Ability to identify effective hooks and understand the drivers of watchability, sharing, outrage, curiosity, tribal identity, and humor.
- Ability to produce content quickly, from idea to live post in under 20 minutes.
- Experience with CapCut or equivalent video-editing tools, text overlays, trending audio, transitions, and platform-native formats.
- Ability to analyze why content performs, convert successful concepts into repeatable formats, and produce scalable variations.
- Experience using platform analytics, UTMs, and attribution to identify content that drives users to a product.

## Nice to Have

- Experience managing or participating in a reposter or remix network through platforms such as Discord, Whop, or Telegram.
- Understanding of recruiting participants, maintaining engagement, and managing network output.
- Knowledge of repost and remix network operations, coordinated-activity detection, and account-safe reach growth.
