## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build production-grade applications that wrap core models, turning projects into intuitive, high-value user experiences
- Lead last mile engineering efforts, handling API integration, data visualization, and authentication/security requirements (SSO, RBAC) within complex enterprise environments (VPC, on-prem, air-gapped)
- Design and implement performant backend services to ingest customer data and serve model predictions at scale, ensuring low latency and high availability
- Collaborate with research and product teams to translate operational friction into essential inputs for the platform roadmap
- Align diverse stakeholders with Sales and Solution Architect teams, building dashboards and tools for business users to inspect, trust, and act on predictions

## Must Have
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years as a Full-Stack Engineer with track record of shipping production code in complex environments
- Deep proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (**React**, **TypeScript**, **Next.js**) and data visualization libraries (**D3.js**, **Recharts**)
- Strong experience with backend development (**Python/FastAPI**, **Go**, **Node.js**) and database design (**PostgreSQL**, **Redis**)
- Experience with containerization (**Docker**), orchestration (**Kubernetes**), and CI/CD pipelines
- Comfortable with enterprise security constraints and integrating with identity providers (**LDAP**, **SAML**, **OIDC**)
- Strong communication skills to translate architectural nuances into business value

## Nice to Have
- Experience building tools for Data Science or ML workflows (e.g., labeling interfaces, model monitoring dashboards)
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (**AWS**, **GCP**, **Azure**) and Infrastructure as Code (**Terraform**)
- Experience as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant in B2B software company
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks (**Pandas**, **PySpark**)
