## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for a core area of the LangSmith platform.
- Work with customers to understand their challenges and define new product features.
- Work with engineering to define scope, make technical tradeoffs, and ship high-impact features quickly.
- Help shape product strategy alongside our founders and leadership team.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of product management or engineering experience, ideally building developer tools, infrastructure products, or technical SaaS platforms.
- Deeply technical — able to hold conversations about API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and debugging production issues.
- Bias toward action — prefer to ship, learn, and iterate.
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can align cross-functional teams.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup or developer-focused company.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications.

## Compensation
Annual salary range: $180,000-$215,000 (USD). Competitive compensation includes base salary, meaningful equity, health/dental coverage, flexible vacation, 401(k), and life insurance.
