## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define, deliver, and oversee the integrated B2B marketing strategy for Australia using industry trends, best practices, local insights, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and own initiatives aligned with global business marketing strategies to influence advertiser perceptions and behaviors.
- Lead strategies spanning industry marketing, owned events, trade media, industry-body partnerships, executive engagement, and scaled education.
- Partner with global and local teams to adapt global programs to Australian sales and marketing needs.
- Measure the impact of local marketing initiatives and identify improvements.
- Manage the Australia-based marketing team.
- Collaborate with sales, product, measurement, and global marketing teams.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in integrated B2B marketing and/or digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with global stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and interest in continued growth in the field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising capabilities.
- Analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Pinterest and its advertising platform.

## Work Arrangement
- In-office collaboration in Sydney two times per week; the role must be within commuting distance of the Sydney office.
