## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for senior Sales and GTM leadership searches.
- Build high-quality talent pipelines for business-critical roles.
- Partner with recruiters, recruiting leadership, hiring managers, and GTM leaders to define target profiles and create actionable sourcing plans.
- Build market maps and talent intelligence for sales segments, competitor ecosystems, and leadership pools.
- Develop outbound campaigns and engagement strategies for senior GTM talent.
- Identify pipeline risks, conversion gaps, and market constraints; recommend strategy, messaging, or role-calibration changes using data.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through recruiter handoff.
- Manage multiple high-priority searches autonomously and adapt to changing business needs.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, GTM, or executive sourcing/recruiting, ideally in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
- Experience sourcing sales leadership, senior individual contributors, and/or strategic go-to-market talent.
- Ability to build and execute sourcing strategies for complex, high-priority searches in narrow, competitive, or ambiguous markets.
- Strong market-mapping and talent-intelligence skills.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and senior-leader influence skills.
- Strong business acumen and curiosity about sales-team scaling, GTM segments and motions, and revenue-focused talent strategy.
- Data-driven sourcing approach, including funnel metrics, response rates, conversion data, and market insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including outbound messaging, candidate storytelling, and executive-facing updates.
- High ownership, sound judgment, and ability to work independently while collaborating with recruiting teams.

## Compensation
- $90,000–$173,900 USD per year
