## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and administration of identity and access management systems, including **Okta**.
- Design and own employee provisioning and deprovisioning workflows across core business systems such as **Google Workspace**, **HubSpot**, **Zoom**, and other business-critical applications.
- Evaluate, select, and implement new IT and AI-powered tooling, including **Serval** and **Console**, to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Support compliance initiatives and audits through strong access governance and documentation practices.
- Build and manage an IT ticketing and support function.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT requests and troubleshooting.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, or a related role, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms, preferably **Okta**.
- Experience with employee provisioning, SaaS administration, and device management.
- Familiarity with security and compliance programs, including **Vanta** or similar compliance platforms.
- A builder mentality with strong operational instincts; comfortable implementing systems from scratch, evaluating emerging technologies, and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
