## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for priority GTM expansion roles, beginning with UK positions across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
- Develop market insight on the UK and future expansion markets, including high-performing talent sources, differentiated candidates, and relevant communities.
- Use research, data, and AI to identify and qualify exceptional candidates; produce written market perspectives.
- Conduct personalized, research-driven outreach and optimize for quality, response rates, and conversion.
- Partner with GTM leaders to define hiring profiles, processes, and compensation strategies; provide constructive market feedback.
- Manage candidate experience from initial conversation through offer close, including communication, process discipline, and tailored closing plans.
- Build Ramp’s presence in London through relationships, referrals, and targeted community activity.
- Collaborate with the broader GTM Recruiting team on calibration, sourcing, insights, and operating rhythm.
- Capture and apply recruiting practices that support expansion into new markets.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company.
- Strong knowledge of the UK technology talent market and a credible local network, or the ability to build one quickly.
- Demonstrated success identifying and closing exceptional candidates.
- Excellent sourcing and research skills, including the ability to assess candidate differentiation.
- Experience hiring across multiple GTM functions, such as Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong candidate-closing judgment and the ability to build conviction against competing opportunities.
- Ability to influence senior leaders, challenge mis-scoped searches, and improve hiring processes.
- Comfort using data to assess funnel health and diagnose recruiting issues.
- High ownership, initiative, follow-through, and strong written communication.

## Nice to Have
- Recruiting experience in fintech, SaaS, infrastructure, or a similarly complex B2B product environment.
- Experience as the first recruiter in a new geography or helping scale an international business.
- Experience building an AI-augmented recruiting research workflow.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $92,000–$126,500.
