## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead the application development process across technical strategy, people management, and operational excellence.
- Serve as a technical stakeholder, contributing code when needed to unblock the team and resolve high-severity production issues.
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of high-impact features in partnership with Product Managers and Designers.
- Champion operational best practices, including rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hire, coach, and retain engineering talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate with Product Management, DevOps, User Experience, and Data Science teams.

## Requirements
- At least **3 years of experience in engineering management leadership roles**.
- Track record of delivering complex, scalable systems.
- Ability to mentor teams and lead technical projects with high ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range for Colorado-based candidates: **$170,000–$226,000**, plus target bonus.
