## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day analytics and create scalable data tools.
- Architect, build, and launch efficient and reliable new data models and pipelines in partnership with Data Engineering.
- Design, define, and implement metrics and dimensions to enable analysis.
- Enhance understanding and measurement of tools used by partners, focusing on driving higher host activation within partner buildings.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional teams to build a scalable and unified attribution and measurement platform for understanding the impact of product, sales, and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with Business Leads to design, implement, and assess offline experiments, including A/B tests and quasi-experimental techniques.
- Empower the team to answer data questions quickly by building high-quality ground truth data sets and dashboards. Collaborate with Data Engineering to build data tools for mass consumption within the A4RE team.

## Requirements
- 5+ years industry experience and a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research).
- Expert communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.
- Ability to conduct rigorous statistical analysis to inform business decisions and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience partnering with internal teams to drive action and providing expertise on analytics, experimental design, and measurement.
- Experience designing and building metrics, from conception to building prototypes with data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge in SQL and distributed system optimization (e.g., Spark, Presto, Hive).
- Expert in at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Tableau strongly preferred.
