## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
- Create compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product’s value proposition.
- Build technical enablement resources to improve the sales team’s effectiveness and technical fluency.
- Build self-service tools and documentation that help customers implement solutions independently.
- Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to deliver them.

## Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
- Enjoyment of direct customer collaboration, solution iteration, and tailored technical support.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
- Strong technical background in architecting integrations between solutions and existing customer systems.
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects.
- Proficiency in Python, including software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
