## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build, execute, and optimize email campaigns in a marketing automation platform, including audience segmentation and list management.
- Develop marketing copy for email, social, and web while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Manage creative asset development, coordinating timelines and feedback across creative, compliance, and external partners.
- Support content marketing across owned channels to generate inbound leads and support the enterprise sales team.
- Manage webinar logistics, promotion, platform setup, post-event follow-up, and lead handoff.
- Circulate regular updates on reports and campaign performance.

## Requirements
- **3+ years** of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing with hands-on, multichannel campaign execution.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms; HubSpot and Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of email nurture, webinars, partnerships, social, paid social, content marketing, and events.
- Strong writing and editing skills, including drafting email and social copy.
- Experience managing creative and compliance review workflows, asset trafficking, and approvals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and timelines.
- Collaborative approach and ability to build cross-functional relationships.

## Nice-to-haves
- Background in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: **$89,000–$99,500**.
