## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for large-scale commercial real estate customers to meet sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead pipeline, research, networking, conferences, and outbound outreach.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing enterprise deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
- Negotiate terms and pricing for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Provide customer insights to product and design teams.
- Track and report sales activities using CRM tools.

## Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in enterprise sales with proven track record exceeding targets.
- Strong SaaS sales background and sales process understanding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level executives.
- Strategic thinking to develop and execute sales plans.
- Strong negotiation skills for complex deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., **Salesforce**) and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Collaborative team player.
