## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Case Management
- Own and work associate-level queues assigned to the Fraud Operations team.
- Develop and implement scalable operational processes for fraud management.
- Make risk-based, subjective decisions on high-value or high-risk transactions and account offboardings.
- Achieve company-level goals related to financial fraud losses.

### Case Escalations and Incident Handling
- Respond diligently to cross-functional partner escalations related to fraud, balancing risk and customer experience.
- Help streamline fraud operational workflows around transaction reviews and account investigations.
- Own fraud incident handling, conduct root-cause analysis, and close operational inefficiency gaps.

### Project and Roadmap Ownership
- Own and ship Fraud Operations roadmap projects with full autonomy.
- Use AI tools to enhance queues and projects.
- Partner with Policy, Data Science, and Engineering to improve tooling and scale internal fraud operations.

## Requirements
- Previous management or team-lead experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Upbeat attitude, calm under pressure, and a desire to identify and fix operational problems.
- Creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and personal drive.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Ability to collaborate with a team on projects and process improvements.

## Nice-to-Have
- SQL knowledge.

## Compensation
- Expected salary range: **$76,800–$96,000 USD**.
- Starting base pay depends on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
- Equity and other compensation may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
