## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify and create new strategic capabilities, such as new go-to-market motions and standardized GTM playbooks.
- Build deep customer relationships and lead strategic customer engagements from initial sale through long-term success.
- Determine product roadmap needs and instrument solutions end-to-end.
- Own and drive cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution, including partnership creation and model launches.

## Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment, such as consulting, product management, software, or banking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with excitement about wearing many hats and the ability to identify issues and execute quickly.
- Fluency engaging with senior stakeholders in client and partner organizations.
- Technical fluency in AI, ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
- Proven track record leading complex technical or cross-functional initiatives.
- Analytical capability and comfort driving decisions quantitatively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bias toward action and high accountability.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working on ML infrastructure, inference systems, or AI platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic customers.
- Prior experience in infrastructure, developer experience, or performance optimization initiatives.
- Experience operating in high-growth startup environments.
