## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work with senior staff, including the Principal Copywriter and Senior Graphic Designers, to autonomously execute email and paid social creative, along with other ad hoc marketing channels.
- Collaborate with channel partners to test and iterate on ideas quickly, using data and insights to inform creative decisions.
- Follow the style guide and tone of voice to create marketing materials consistent with brand identity.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience with Figma or similar design systems.
- Background writing email and paid social creative, with a portfolio demonstrating those skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Highly collaborative, self-starting, and low ego.
- Portfolio required for consideration.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with online retail marketing.
- Experience writing copy for parents of younger children.
- Experience with paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment.

## Compensation and Benefits
- 20 hours per week, with up to 40 hours per week through the end of Q4.
- Pay: $50–$70 per hour.
