## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with business leadership and recruiting teams to translate long-term business objectives into a unified global recruiting operations strategy.
- Develop and drive recruiting programs aligned with the overall recruiting strategy.
- Align recruiting technology, operational workflows, and automation initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Champion excellence, consistent standards, and strategic capability building across hiring teams.
- Lead integrated workforce and demand planning with Finance and business leaders, supporting executive decision-making and global capacity planning.
- Develop a strategic talent analytics function that provides actionable guidance, pipeline foresight, and productivity insights.
- Improve candidate experience and hiring manager engagement through recruiting programs and enablement.

## Requirements
- 10+ years leading recruiting operations, systems, and enablement teams in global, high-growth organizations.
- Demonstrated success translating business goals into recruiting strategies, executive analytics frameworks, and scalable operating models.
- Deep expertise with modern recruiting and AI platforms.
- Knowledge of global hiring compliance across multiple regions.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

## Compensation
- $196,200–$294,200 USD, depending on location.
