## Job Description

## What you'll do
As a Software Engineer on the Deploy@Scale team, you will build and maintain the Release Manager platform that powers safe, reliable, and automated deployments across Cloudflare. You will orchestrate progressive deployments, support health-mediated rollouts, and automate release workflows at scale. Your work ensures service resiliency by making deployments seamless, predictable, and observable for all engineering teams. You will contribute to complex, globally distributed systems that underpin every Cloudflare product and enable fast, safe delivery of changes to production.

## Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience on meaningfully complex systems.
- Experience building both backend systems and frontend widgets.
- Ability to contribute to planning, development, and execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability.
- Experience implementing tools, processes, internal instrumentation, and methodologies.
- Comfortable working on projects with tight deadlines and short release cycles.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills.

## Compensation and Benefits
**Compensation**
- For Washington D.C. based hires: Estimated annual salary of $154,000 - 188,000.
- This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
