## Job Description

## What You'll Be Working On
- Own Crusoe's social channels (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms) end-to-end: strategy, content calendar, publishing, and performance reporting.
- Shoot and edit short-form video yourself (on-site at data centers, at industry events, and in the office).
- Launch Crusoe's TikTok from scratch and create native platform-specific vertical content for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
- Turn technical source material (product launches, research/benchmark results, executive commentary, customer stories) into social-native content that's accurate for a technical audience.
- Build and maintain relationships with AI/infrastructure creators, researchers, and technical journalists.
- Build social-native funnels that move engaged followers through capture, nurture, convert logic adapted to each platform.
- Source, brief, and manage contractors, freelance creators, and influencers; build a UGC pipeline.
- Monitor real-time AI/infrastructure conversation and react quickly.
- Partner with product, engineering, and exec stakeholders to source technical content.
- Be a fast, reliable partner to teams outside marketing (People & Recruiting, Field Marketing/Events, PR/Comms, Workplace, Exec/Leadership).
- Track engagement, reach, share of voice, and follower growth; report and adjust.
- Represent Crusoe's brand voice: technical, credible, confident, humble, optimistic.

## What You'll Bring to the Team
- 4+ years managing social media for a technical, developer-facing, or B2B tech brand. AI/ML/infrastructure/cloud experience strongly preferred.
- Portfolio of short-form video you've shot and edited yourself.
- Genuine fluency with AI/ML and infrastructure concepts.
- Strong writing chops for technical audiences (e.g. threads a CTO would retweet).
- Experience running a multi-channel editorial calendar and reporting on performance.
- Comfortable working independently, moving fast, and reacting to news in real time.
- Intense operational rigor and organizational skills.

## Bonus Points
- Experience with community platforms (Discord, Reddit, Hacker News) relevant to developer/AI audience and tools like Sprout Social.
- Existing relationships with AI/infrastructure creators, journalists, or influencers.
- Basic motion graphics/editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects).
- Prior experience at a GPU cloud, hyperscaler, or AI infrastructure company.

**Compensation Range**: $130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units included in all offers.
