## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Research and Data Science leadership to support hiring and growth efforts
- Ensure meeting hiring goals in a sustainable manner
- Contribute to sourcing rich pipeline of PhD-level quantitative research talent
- Manage offer process and develop closing strategies
- Own candidate experience end-to-end
- Maintain and improve high-performance recruiting process
- Develop and share market knowledge on talent markets and recruiting practices
- Lead projects to improve recruiting efforts

## Requirements
- At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of investment research talent
- Experience recruiting PhD-level AI/ML Researcher and Data Science talent preferred
- Excellent client management skills and consultative relationships with stakeholders
- Track record of team contributions including mentorship, process improvement, and institutional knowledge
- Eagerness to work with diverse, talented teams
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Authorization to work in the United States
