## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Coordinate with foreign entities’ local accountants on monthly financial reporting and day-to-day operations.
- Manage international month-end close across EMEA, Australia, and India, including reviewing subsidiary financial packages, preparing intercompany journal entries and reconciliations, and conducting flux analyses.
- Review international payments and obtain approvals for bank disbursements.
- Manage international tax, audit, and regulatory compliance calendars, including filings, reporting requirements, and statutory deadlines.
- Implement intercompany and multi-book modules in the accounting system and settle intercompany transactions.
- Support international tax-structure compliance, including transfer-pricing documentation.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities, including audits and supporting documentation.
- Serve as the local community leader for the CFO organization in India.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant international operations and multi-entity experience.
- Experience with international accounting across EMEA, Australia, and India preferred.
- Experience with cost-plus calculations.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, local statutory reporting, and international tax structures.
- Excellent communication, time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work across regions and time zones in a fast-paced environment.

## Nice to Have
- CPA or similar professional designation.
- Big Four or professional-services experience.
- NetSuite experience.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
