## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Intake and process store orders through Shopify and Retool.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Provide order support and status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Process data and prepare reports.
- Maintain the workflow of open orders and update order statuses throughout the day.
- Process orders within established SLA timeframes.
- Assist with inventory breakdowns, manual order fulfillment, and general office support as needed.
- Work with shipping carriers to resolve order issues.

## Requirements
- 2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

## Nice-to-haves
- Basic experience with Asana, Shopify, and Help Scout.

## Compensation and Benefits
- $22–$26 per hour, equivalent to $45,760–$54,080 annually based on 2,080 hours.
- Temporary leave-coverage engagement of up to 22 weeks, with intermittent scheduling and a maximum of 29 hours per week.
- No employer-sponsored benefits or paid time off; access to a 401(k) plan without employer match or contributions.
