## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Lead all design aspects of projects from start to finish within cross-functional agile teams.
- Deliver elegant, delightful, and cohesive product experiences.
- Elevate the product experience through interaction design and data visualization.
- Use user research and data to advise design concepts and influence product prioritization, strategies, and roadmaps.
- Contribute to the expansion, evolution, and adoption of the product design system.
- Seek and embrace feedback from peers and collaborators.
- Provide thoughtful feedback and mentor other designers.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX design.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design practices and strong design craftsmanship.
- Experience crafting web products and user interfaces for enterprise users.
- Ability to distill complex use cases and requirements into sophisticated, scalable, optimized design solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Meticulous attention to consistency.
- Experience with Figma.

## Nice to Have

- Experience in the finance industry.
