## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design: problem framing, research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity design, and handoff for dashboards, onboarding flows, account management, and developer surfaces
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and founders to scope features, define success metrics, and iterate based on customer usage
- Evolve and contribute to the design system for coherence as the company scales
- Ship and review implementations with engineers, iterating post-launch on real usage data
- Conduct independent user research: recruiting, moderating, synthesizing findings into design decisions
- Design across surfaces including product UI, landing pages, campaign assets, sales decks, and brand work
- Treat copy as an integral part of the design surface

## Requirements
- 3+ years designing products at a software company with portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex flows
- Experience in B2B, fintech, or another regulated/data-dense domain (infrastructure, devtools, healthcare)
- Strong information design skills for making dense, technical interfaces intuitive
- Range across technical product UI and expressive brand/marketing work while maintaining craft
- Fluent in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping) and comfortable contributing to/extending design systems
- Experience using AI tools in workflow for copy, layout exploration, prototyping, and research synthesis
- Track record of shipping with engineers and iterating on real usage
- Comfortable running independent research and turning findings into design changes
- Low ego, high iteration speed with strong point of view and evidence-based decision making

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience treating copy as design surface
- Portfolio examples showing problem framing, approach, and shipped outcomes (preferred over polished case studies)
