## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build upon autonomous agent solutions to tailor automation solutions to specific, customer-centric workflows.
- Configure, prompt, and orchestrate AI agents on Automat Studio to navigate complex and legacy enterprise software platforms.
- Manage and support AI agents powering Workforce deployments, ensuring they run reliably and evolve with customer needs.
- Think creatively to align automation strategies with customer needs while driving long-term innovation and resilience to the Automat product.
- Wear multiple hats, such as prototyping new stealth browsing techniques or optimizing pipelines for intelligent document extractions.
- Own accounts end-to-end as the single point of contact: build relationships, diagnose problems, ship solutions, and expand accounts.
- Act as a bridge between product, engineering, and customer teams.
- Participate in sales conversations and identify upsell opportunities.
- Apply creativity and problem-solving using internal libraries, tools, and products to implement complex business automations.
- Serve as a trusted expert and human-in-the-loop partner to the agentic automation engine.

## Requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly bridging technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated success in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., sales engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering).
- Comfortable orchestrating and configuring AI agents on a modern agent platform.
- Experience directing, prompting, and tuning agents (web automation background like Selenium or Playwright is useful but not primary).
- Ample experience using AI tools effectively (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable).
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
- Proactive mindset with high initiative and bias toward action.
- Intrinsic desire to leave things better than found.
- Ability to work across the stack and be multi-disciplinary.
- Experience as an IC in startups or dynamic, high-growth settings.
- Methodical approach to complex technical challenges.
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical members.
- Focus, urgency, and follow-through on tight deadlines.
