## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across retail banking, commercial banking, and consumer finance, carrying and exceeding an individual revenue target.
- Build C-suite and senior technical relationships, develop business cases and value narratives, and navigate procurement, security, regulatory, and legal reviews through production deployment and expansion.
- Identify high-potential opportunities and execute account plans that convert strategic relationships into revenue.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, deal inspection, forecasting, and execution across long-cycle enterprise sales.
- Partner with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, Product, Customer Success, Legal, Partnerships, Marketing, Enablement, and cloud partners to design solutions, prove value, incorporate customer needs into product direction, and deliver strong customer outcomes.
- Develop use cases, proof points, and reference stories, and represent the company with customers and at industry events.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in retail or commercial banking, with demonstrated success covering banks or consumer finance organizations.
- Track record of carrying and exceeding quota for technical, complex products such as API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, data/ML platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience winning and expanding strategic enterprise accounts and building C-suite relationships in retail and commercial banking.
- Operational rigor across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including accurate forecasting.
- Credibility with technical buyers and builders, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and Heads of AI/ML; experience partnering with solutions architects and applied AI teams.
- Genuine interest in responsible AI.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; relevant field of study.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling generative AI, LLM-based products, or other emerging platform technologies to large retail or commercial banks.
- Familiarity with regulated-industry selling, including data governance, regulatory and compliance-driven procurement, security review, and banking governance requirements.
- Experience selling with or through AWS, Google Cloud, and global systems integrators.
- Familiarity with consumption-based commercial models and value-based pricing.
- Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder banking procurement cycles.

## Compensation
- Annual on-target earnings range: **$380,000–$450,000 USD**, including base salary and target commissions or sales bonuses.
