## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deliver live and online technical training sessions to clients and partners, covering platform fundamentals and building pricing models with hx's AI agents and product tooling.
- Build and maintain online modules, video tutorials, and workshop materials aligned with product releases and client needs.
- Support the design and delivery of certification assessments, including practical exercises using the hx platform.
- Partner with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to turn new features into usable training materials.
- Contribute to the partner enablement programme by helping external delivery partners onboard and deliver hx training consistently.
- Maintain and improve course health and documentation processes, identifying outdated content and inconsistent product naming or messaging.

## Requirements
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or technical explanations to non-technical or semi-technical audiences, with examples of material built or taught.
- Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on programming experience with Python or a similar language.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS tools, APIs, or similar technical products.
- Initiative in building or improving a course, process, or learning content.
- Clear communication with clients or external stakeholders, adapting technical depth to the audience.
- Ability to work effectively in an environment with shifting scope and incomplete briefs.
- Comfort with technical concepts and tooling.
- Ability to collaborate with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams.
