## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Conduct 100+ outbound dials and 3+ meetings per day.
- Perform product demos, handle sales objections, and close deals.
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline from inbound and warm sources.
- Build relationships with referral partners and sales leadership.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Identify patterns in prospect objections and optimize sales scripts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for mortgage and real estate professionals.
- Mentor new SMB Account Executives and refine pipeline strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quota and OTE targets.

## Requirements
- 1–3+ years in a high-velocity inside sales or SMB AE role (SaaS preferred).
- Ability to make 100+ calls/day and hold 3+ meetings/day.
- Experience utilizing a modern sales tech stack, including CRM systems, outbound dialing tools, and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach).
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, time management, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to demo product value with confidence and clarity.
- Resilience, curiosity, and a self-starting, growth-oriented mindset.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Real Estate and/or Mortgage Lending and stakeholders in homeownership.
- Prior experience selling to SMB customers in a transactional model.

## Compensation
- Annual targeted base salary: $55,000 - $70,000.
- On-target earnings (OTE): $110,000 - $140,000 (with uncapped commission potential).
