> The Senior Registrar and Transfer Agency Officer will manage investor onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, screening, payments, registers, and regulatory support in Luxembourg. The role requires at least three years of transfer agent client-services experience and strong compliance expertise.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Transfer Agency.
- Analyze and perform investor account openings and periodic AML/KYC reviews to ensure compliance with local regulations and policies.
- Improve AML/KYC processes.
- Review and clear daily screening hits.
- Manage capital calls, distributions, payments, and investor inquiries.
- Maintain comprehensive investor registers.
- Support regulatory filings and contribute to ad hoc projects.
- Stay current with local laws and regulations.
- Escalate matters to the Head of Transfer Agency when appropriate.
- Drive operational efficiency and help productize processes in collaboration with the R&D team.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties and facilitate communication among clients, investors, and stakeholders.

## Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of client services experience in a transfer agent environment.
- Strong understanding of the alternative investment market.
- Strong technical expertise in AML/KYC.
- Experience with control and supervision activities.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Team-oriented approach.
