## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans for AM Law 100 accounts
- Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement processes
- Build relationships with partners, practice leaders, and C-suite
- Conduct firm-specific research on challenges and needs
- Uncover, track, and land large cases and MSA opportunities
- Lead pricing discussions and negotiations
- Partner with operations for seamless implementation
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends
- Attend legal industry conferences
- Maintain HubSpot records and demo Steno technology

## Requirements
- Deep understanding of AM Law firms, hierarchy, and trends
- Consultative selling experience with long sales cycles
- Proven track record landing large cases and MSAs
- Executive presence and legal industry network
- Strategic account planning and ROI articulation skills
- Team player passionate about legal tech

## Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $103,000 - $110,000
- Commission: 5% on Steno revenue
- Potential signing bonus and first-year guarantee
