## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, and Reddit for EMEA and APAC audiences.
- Manage regional budgets and pacing, reporting performance against pipeline and revenue targets.
- Own localization, including briefing translators and agencies and reviewing localized landing pages and campaign assets for accuracy and cultural fit.
- Align digital campaigns with regional events, account-based programs, and pipeline priorities in partnership with field marketing.
- Partner with regional sales teams on local buying behavior, competitive landscape, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure campaign and customer data is stored and processed according to local data residency requirements, working with IT and legal as needed.
- Share regional market intelligence with the global team and recommend adaptations to global assets and strategy.
- Test and iterate on channel mix, targeting, and creative by market.

## Requirements
- 4+ years running paid digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels; Reddit experience is a plus.
- Experience marketing across multiple EMEA and/or APAC markets, with an understanding of localization beyond translation.
- Experience partnering with field marketing to align digital programs with regional events and campaigns.
- Familiarity with GDPR and equivalent regional data privacy and residency requirements.
- Strong written communication and ability to work asynchronously across time zones.
- Analytical ability to support budget allocation with performance data.
- Based in EMEA or APAC and able to work fully remotely.
