## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels (online platforms, referrals, etc.).
- Manage candidate relationships, ensuring a positive and smooth experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to the team on progress.
- Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of top talent, especially in areas where we are expanding.
- Partner with leadership to develop scalable programs and processes.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, in-house at a strong tech startup.
- Experience sourcing and hiring for Business/GTM roles. Marketing is a preference.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
- 3 days in office. Downtown San Francisco.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in Marketing recruiting.
