## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to maintain and evolve design systems.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Support accessibility and usability practices.
- Improve designs and systems based on internal and external feedback.
- Participate in user research, testing, and feedback sessions.
- Use AI-assisted design tools and emerging technologies to create mockups, prototypes, and visual concepts.
- Create and maintain UI component libraries.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in design or a related field.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience designing UI/UX for B2B SaaS web applications.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with AI-assisted tools such as Claude Design and Figma Make.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex and innovative design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Ability to incorporate feedback and iterate on designs.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with usability testing or user research.
- Understanding of front-end development principles.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $70,000–$90,000, with target compensation near the midpoint.
