## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define an ambitious product vision and roadmap, establish quarterly and half-year goals, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve them.
- Drive prioritization and execution through a build, measure, and iterate approach.
- Identify opportunities through consumer feedback and analysis of data and dashboards.
- Partner with design, research, data science, legal, and compliance teams.

## Requirements
- Experience successfully launching large consumer-facing features at B2C companies and driving meaningful outcomes.
- Strong focus on consumer problems and a high bar for consumer experience.
- Data-driven approach to strategic decision-making.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts succinctly to broad audiences and drive decisions.
- Experience leading roadmap and prioritization exercises and achieving clear impact through product decisions.
- High ownership, velocity, and throughput in ambiguous environments, with willingness to express informed perspectives regardless of seniority.
- Track record of developing clear perspectives in ambiguous situations.

## Nice to Have
- Experience building anti-fraud or machine-learning-driven products.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range of $190,080–$262,800 annually.
- Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
