## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the Tines platform in complex enterprise environments.
- Integrate Tines with existing systems and configure customer-specific workflows to deliver outcomes quickly.
- Drive adoption through user and stakeholder support, training, workshops, and enablement.
- Identify new use cases and opportunities to expand platform adoption across teams, workflows, and business units.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting issues, answering technical questions, and resolving blockers.
- Build relationships with users, business leaders, executive sponsors, and other customer stakeholders.
- Share field insights, recurring friction points, unmet needs, and high-value use cases with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams.
- Travel 20–40% to customer sites.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Customer Success Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Integration or Implementation Engineer, or Software Engineer with customer exposure.
- Demonstrated success driving adoption and measurable value from complex technical products in enterprise environments.
- Strong engineering skills, including ownership of integrations, production troubleshooting, and understanding of customer infrastructure.
- Strong Python skills; TypeScript, Java, or similar experience is preferred.
- Production experience with LLMs and AI systems, including prompt engineering, agent workflows, and deployment at scale.
- Ability to train, enable, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High agency, resourcefulness, and ownership of customer accounts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Willingness to travel 20–40% to customer sites.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

## Compensation
- Target annual compensation: $230,000–$280,000 OTE.
