## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with employees at partner companies on personal finance topics, including stock options, retirement, budgeting and savings, and debt management.
- Contribute to content development, programming, and product initiatives.
- Partner with the leadership team to create expansion frameworks.

## Requirements
- **Certified Financial Planner (CFP)** designation required.
- At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory at a Registered Investment Advisor.

## Nice-to-haves
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), or another professional designation.
