## Job Description

## Management and Quality Control
- Oversee Workforce Hub operations with a hospitality-first mindset, ensuring consistent, high-standard living conditions to support labor attraction and retention.
- Lead comprehensive vendor evaluations, monitoring budget, facility SLAs, and resident-experience KPIs; mandate corrective action plans when performance slips.
- Define and enforce a program code of conduct that ensures a safe, comfortable, and healthy environment.

## Team Leadership
- Directly manage on-site Workforce Housing Site Coordinators who run day-to-day quality assurance at each Workforce Hub.
- Set standards and motivate Coordinators and vendors to elevate the experience and resolve on-site issues before they escalate.

## Capacity Planning Tied to Construction Schedule

- Surface capacity, cost, and lead time gaps early with supporting numbers.
- Partner with construction and real estate to stay ahead of shifting housing demand.
- Evaluate potential site locations, lead assessments, and navigate preliminary land-use requirements.

## Commercial and Financial Management
- Partner with Procurement on every RFP, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain cashflow models covering worker ramp, deposits, monthly operations fees, and per diem offsets.
- Reconcile modeled estimates against actuals on a fixed cadence and flag variances to leadership.
- Track program spend against budget line by line and defend the business case.

## Operational Execution, Data, and Reporting
- Stand up new Workforce Hubs with focus on safety, hospitality, rapid mobilization, clear communications, and day-one readiness.
- Build repeatable playbooks and SOPs to open the next site faster.
- Use technology to scale measurement and reporting on resident experience quality.

## Requirements

- Builds processes from scratch, including SOPs, playbooks, reporting rhythms, and clear decision rights.
- Strong commercial and financial fluency; comfortable owning models, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
- Sharp judgment on quality with low tolerance for "close enough."
- Clear, credible communicator with executives; equally comfortable solving problems onsite.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring field or site-based teams, with focus on coaching performance and maintaining high service standards.
- Based in Dallas, with willingness to travel to sites as needed.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Direct multisite hospitality, remote facility, or remote-site accommodation experience.
- Experience negotiating and managing large multi-year service agreements.
- Familiarity with large scale construction scheduling and labor curve planning.
