## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of bank accounts, including opening, maintenance, and closure across global banking partners.
- Provision and de-provision user access for banking platforms while maintaining appropriate controls and audit trails.
- Conduct KYC reviews and gather documentation to meet banking partner and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Finance to align banking activities with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support process documentation and improvement initiatives for Treasury Operations workflows.

## Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in treasury operations, banking operations, or financial operations with direct exposure to bank account administration.
- Experience executing KYC documentation processes and managing banking partner requirements.
- Experience managing user access controls across financial platforms with strong attention to audit and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks relevant to account administration.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

## Compensation
- Annual base salary: $39.15–$46.06 USD per hour-equivalent rate as provided by ATS salary data; the posting states an annual base salary range of $39.15–$46.06 USD, excluding bonus.
- Bonus eligibility and benefits may also be available.
