## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Drive attribution modeling and full-funnel measurement across all marketing channels.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for marketing leaders.
- Create forecasts and scenario models for annual budget planning and incremental funding requests.
- Build and maintain self-service Tableau dashboards for brand, demand generation, digital marketing, and strategic events.
- Partner with Field Analytics, Strategy & Planning, Marketing Leadership, and Data teams on performance narratives and QBRs.
- Partner with Marketing Data Operations to maintain data quality across marketing technology systems.
- Implement AI/ML capabilities for predictive modeling and automated insights.
- Design and support marketing experiments with rigorous testing and statistical validation.
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices across the analytics function.
- Stay current with analytics tools and methods.

## Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, operations, or business intelligence in B2B SaaS.
- 4+ years of marketing analytics experience, including campaign performance, demand generation, field marketing, and ABM measurement.
- Track record of using data to drive business strategy and budget decisions.
- Experience across enterprise sales, product-led growth, and partner marketing models.
- Deep expertise in marketing attribution modeling and multi-touch measurement.
- Ability to communicate complex insights to executives and influence decisions.
- Strong understanding of martech infrastructure, including database management, data hygiene, API integrations, advertising platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and data warehouses.
- Expert-level Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Excel skills.
- Experience with statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Ability to influence and guide others without formal management authority.

## Nice-to-haves

- AI/ML experience, including predictive modeling, propensity scoring, or marketing mix modeling.
- Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics expertise.
- SQL proficiency.
- Growth marketing or demand generation experience.
- Privacy-first measurement, DSPs, or programmatic advertising experience.
- Python, R, or similar statistical tools.
- Advanced degree in business administration, analytics, economics, or a related field.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Annual base salary range: **$170,000–$233,000 USD**.
- Compensation may include equity, bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave, including PTO and parental leave.
