## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Market & Product Strategy
- Envision, articulate, and deliver platform strategy and product bets that shape the company’s healthcare market position.
- Develop understanding of customer and business challenges, market dynamics, emerging opportunities, regulatory developments, and policy changes to shape product strategy.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources and apply systems thinking to prioritize competing demands and make evidence-based trade-offs.

### Platform & Integration Ownership
- Own decisioning and orchestration capabilities as products, defining how behavioral and AI-driven intelligence becomes coordinated, personalized interventions across existing client channels.
- Own the healthcare integration layer, including integrations with EHRs, HIEs, CRMs, digital experience platforms, and content management systems.
- Define standards-based interoperability using FHIR, HL7, IAL2, and other relevant frameworks.
- Lead integrations with partner platforms by assessing technical fit, defining and prioritizing requirements, and driving delivery.
- Define product requirements for data flows, event-driven workflows, identity, consent, and analytics.
- Make product and architectural trade-offs with Engineering.
- Keep the platform reliable, interoperable, extensible, and scalable across healthcare verticals and enterprise environments.

### Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Design, Analytics, Security, and Client Success.
- Lead through influence across organizational boundaries and align stakeholders around platform outcomes.
- Guide decisions on complex product, technical, and business trade-offs.
- Communicate platform strategy to clients, partners, and executives; surface risks and dependencies and challenge requests when appropriate.
- Mentor and coach product managers.

### Outcomes, Compliance & Responsible AI
- Define and monitor product metrics spanning adoption, operations, engagement, health outcomes, and revenue opportunities.
- Embed healthcare compliance, security, and responsible AI throughout the product lifecycle.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of complex enterprise platforms, integrations, or technically sophisticated products.
- Demonstrated success setting strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, navigating product and architectural trade-offs, and delivering scalable capabilities across clients or markets.
- Track record of leading complex platform initiatives from discovery through delivery with measurable impact.
- Strong product fundamentals, including discovery, requirements definition, outcomes-driven prioritization, success metrics, and data-informed validation.
- Strong systems thinking and decision-making rigor across interconnected platforms, data, and integrations.
- Ability to set technical product direction adopted across multiple teams and influence without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
- Comfort understanding system architecture, integration patterns, data models, event-driven workflows, identity resolution, analytics, and technical constraints; production coding is not required.
- Skilled negotiation and ability to challenge assumptions while maintaining stakeholder alignment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Healthcare market and buyer experience across payers, providers, employers, or retail health.
- Experience defining or delivering partner, third-party, or platform integrations.
- Thought leadership in healthcare platforms, interoperability, or applied AI.
- Experience with REST APIs, Model Context Protocols, and other integration patterns.
- Experience with healthcare data and interoperability, including FHIR, HL7, EHR, pharmacy, or claims data.
- Experience with cloud-based and event-driven platforms; data pipelines, reporting, experimentation, and measurement; identity, consent, privacy, and preference management; and enterprise scalability, reliability, observability, and security.
- Healthcare, digital health, payer/provider, retail health, or life sciences experience.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Remote role with the opportunity to work hybrid if located in Tennessee.
- New colleagues must spend their first week onsite at a Tennessee office; travel expenses are paid.
